Grandstream IP phones (GXP21xx, GXP14xx, GXP116x and similar models) support an XML-based downloadable phone book. This utility allows you to create, edit, and manage contacts in that format — parsing an existing XML phonebook, modifying contacts, and exporting the result back to valid XML ready to upload to your Grandstream device.

To load an existing phonebook, paste the XML content into the Input field or click Upload XML to load from a file.

Use the search box and column filters to find specific contacts.

Click Add Contact to create a new contact, or use the edit icon on any row to modify an existing one.

Once you're satisfied with the contacts, copy the output XML or download it as a .xml file.

Upload the downloaded XML file to your Grandstream device via its web interface under Phonebook settings.
